Floods or no floods, Prague is a fantastic city.
Centrepiece is the old town square but beware, it's expensive to sit out for a drink!
Just off the old square is Prague's famous Astronomical Clock.
Every hour you are treated to a procession of ornamental figures appearing from the holes at teh top of the picture.
A new feature is the "Changing of the Guard" at the castle.
This was introduced in the mid-1990s as a tourist attraction. Get your timing right for a good view.
Inside the Cathedral is a magnificent stained glass window.
There's even a new "Museum of Communism" which is well worth visiting.
You can even have your photo taken with Lenin!
From Prague we took the train to Western Bohemia.
Because of the floods a two and a half hour train journey took five hours!
Our first destination was Marianske Lazne (formerly Marienbad).
